This Month’s Theme: Deep Rest and Nurturing

I know you’re busy doing it all and have a lot on your plate.

But what about sacred time for you? And not just 5 or 10 minutes a day.

We all need some space to slow down. We need sacred stillness. We need a container for our desires and dreams.

I created this special gathering for you because I know what it’s like to have a whole lot going on and not enough time or support for myself.

Even though this is the beginning of a new calendar year, we are still in the winter season, and winter is a time for pausing, resting and nurturing ourselves.

And so the intention of this circle is to give you time to reevaluate your relationship to rest and for you to experience deep rest through yoga nidra (yogic sleep) along with a sound bath provided by Nikki Malone.

Join me in circle to nurture and rejuvenate yourself so you have the internal resources and support of other women to create your best year yet, whatever that looks like for you.

Please bring a journal and pen, and dress comfortably.

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions to sit on will be provided. Please bring anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.

You are also welcome to bring something to place on the altar during our time together.
